How to remove your payment method

Are you looking to delete the payment method prior to your next subscription renewal? No problem - this is how you remove your payment data: 

Removing your payment data

Please follow this step by step guide to remove your payment data:  

 

  1. Log in to your Jimdo account 
  2. In your dashboard, click on the tile of the website you would like to remove your payment data for - you will be directed to the editing mode
  3. Click on your domain > Subscription at the bottom of the menu
  4. Go to the section Remove Payment Method
  5. Click on the button Remove Payment Method

Your payment method will now be removed and you will be able to select a new payment method at your next subscription renewal. Please note that it is not possible to add new payment data prior to renewal.
