Managing Email Accounts

You can create and manage your email accounts by clicking Settings > Email and Domain Management > Email Accounts.



Click Change Password or Delete next to an existing email account or click Add a new account to create a new email account.



The number of email accounts you can create depends on which Jimdo subscription you have. You can find more information about the number of included email accounts on our pricing page. If you need more email accounts, you can purchase them as add-on services for your Jimdo subscription.


The email password must be at least 6 characters long and may not have more than 3 consecutive numbers. Please do not use any part of your domain name in your password. The percent sign (%) cannot be used in your password, nor may the password be "password".
