Form Fields
Form fields are treated just like other Elements. You can add, delete, copy, and rearrange fields within the Form just like other elements on a page.
Click an existing element or add a new one to find additional options for that field:
-
Label: Enter the text you want to show up next to the field. The label should describe what information you want your visitors to enter into
that field.
-
Type: You can collect various types of information or add a form heading by changing the type to Text (single line), Text
(paragraph), Email Address, Date, Number, List, Radio Button, Checkbox, Multiple Checkboxes, or Heading. Hover over each type button to learn more information about each of
them. Depending on which Type you choose, you will see additional settings for that field.
- Required: If checked, the form cannot be submitted unless this field is completed.
