Recovering Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can recover it by following these steps:

 


  1. Navigate to your site's login page. (Example: http://yoursite.jimdo.com/login)
  2. Click the Forgot Password? link below the password field.
  3. Enter one of the email addresses associated with your Jimdo site.

 

A new password will be sent to your email address. After you log back in to your account, make sure to change your password.

 

Note: 

If you do not recieve an email from us within a few minutes, make sure to check your Junk or Spam folder.
